I've been trying your approach for my own photography. If I am photographing for other people, I don whatever it takes to make sure I get the shot. But since my trip to LA, when shooting for myself, I've been trying to not take pictures that aren't winners. As a result, I've taken much fewer bad shots. Then again, rather than going on a mini photo walk every time that I have a few minutes to kill, I think that apart from one time, it's probably been a couple of months since I've gone shooting "just for fun". > > But your approach is definitely valid. Any time the aesthetic goal is that nobody dislikes it, the result is something that nobody loves. I'd rather take photos that some people really love, even if others hate them, than pictures that nobody feels strongly one way or the other about. If we were to both go out shooting film, it would be interesting to compare our frame counts at the end of the day. -- Larry Colen [email protected] sent from i4est -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
