if the PC is still working there are all sorts of possibilities, from lashing them together and making an ad hoc network, to emailing them to yourself, to plopping them on CDs etc. If the PC is not working then you should be able to take the disk out and put it in a usb hard disk enclosure/caddy or such like to plug into the mac. These things only cost a few quid, not much.
