Sure it does ... but the hierarchy is only one level deep. It doesn't thread into a tree of arbitrary depth. > - it can't be stopped from marking messages as read, Huh? It marks a message as read when you read it. If you use the menus, 'message->mark->unread|read' toggles depending on the selected message's state.
