I also can't see any pixellation issues using CS3.

However, opening the image in the Pentax Digital Camera Utility 4, I think
I'm seeing what you describe when viewed at 100%.  There seems to be a
definite banding type pixellation across the sky.  It's subtle, but it's
there.  I've no suggestion as to why your CS5 is showing the problem while
CS3/4 isn't.

Looking a a couple of my own 'blue sky' images, I'm not seeing the
pixellation in either CS3 or the Pentax software, although I'm using Adobe
RGB not sRGB colour space.

I wonder whether you might try Adobe RGB and see whether that makes any
difference.
