Those in-camera image adjustments, like brightness, contrast, saturation, sharpness, etc., only apply to JPEG image creation. That applies to both JPEGs saved on the SD card as well as the rear-LCD preview images.

But those settings have no effect on the RAW images. I don't believe they even affect the RAW default settings.
