AFAIK, Pentax took the Spotmatic (don't know which model) and put a bayonet 
mount on it, and turned it into the mighty K1000. If Pentax was to release 
K1000 again, I might buy one, only if it was the original full metal 
version, not the Chinese plastic toy. Oh... a brighter screen would be 
welcomed too.
