RRS plates for ACRA SWISS are indeed well made. I have no.21 plate which works on many bodies and lenses. However, the one for Z-1p works only on the Z-1/Z-1p only, if somehow you decided to dump the Z-1p, it would become an expensive paperweight (I doubt there is much market for it).
