I have the Sun-Sniper and just hook the carabiner to the D-ring on the
screw that screws the QR plate into the camera's tripod mounting hole.

I think several of them offer modified QR plates for various mounting
systems.

I have an R-Strap and like it a lot. The later models marketed as (in
Yoorp anyway) Sun Sniper are better in many details.I use mine
attached to an L bracket so I have both QR plates still usable. The
screw bit goes into my tripod base so I can use the R-Strap to carry
that, too. Tr?s useful =)
