Pentax UK - excellent. A few years ago - alright, quite some time ago, a good friend of mine sent his 200mm F2.5M in to Pentax UK for some adjustment or other. Couple of weeks later - gets grovelling letter from Pentax about the fact that they had had a fire in the service department and would he be so kind as to accept a brand spanking new 200mm F2.8 A* .
