The sky is NOT falling!
A billion dollar+ company just bought a 100 million dollar company for
its product lines and brand name.
Hoya wanted the medical business all along (growth segment),
cameras/lenses were an afterthought.
So now we are with someone who wants the camera/lenses business.
This is an improvement over where we were.
