The guys at my last job were using this kind of stuff for rapid prototyping 6 or 7 years ago, via an external supplier. They said the parts were about 80% of the strength of the injection-moulded stuff but it was so much cheaper and easier for them to get a few one-off variations to test with before committing to having an injection moulding tool produced at many thousands of dollars. I just want a cheap, easy service for prototype PCBs where the freight doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
