Slow can mean unusable, depending on what you're shooting. My K10D AF
is nearly unusable for birds in flight and dog agility, both of which
are important subjects for me. Given that Larry shoots a lot of moving
subjects in low light (e.g. dancers), I could believe that it's often
unusable for him.
How did people cope with birds in flight & such BEFORE there was even AF?
I've noticed before that some on the list have a problem understanding
that their own experience does not establish a universal standard;
although Larry is, by far, NOT the worst in that respect.
