I'd like to see --

A new 200mm f4 or f3.5 macro....
A 400mm f 5.6 (or to do something different, maybe an f4.5) or a zoom that covers the 400mm range.

{oh crap!}*

My Tokina 400 f.56 has gotten fogged with Fungus and I replaced it with a SIgma 135 - 400 f 4.5 - 5.6. The Tokina was never such a great lens - I haven't done much much with the SIgma other than a few casual shots but I'd love a dedicated 400mm f 5.6.

*Oh crap - writing this I reached up to the shelf to grab the Tokina, just to take a fresh look at the fungus, and knocked my old Ricohflex VII TLR to the floor, resulting in the ground glass focusing screen shattering... Dang - that was a $20 camera that was the best bang for the buck of any I owned since the lenses are clear and the shutter works perfectly! ANother one bites the dust....

I just realized that it's been literally years (two or more) since I
bought a pentax lens. The fact is, I have pretty much everything I
need - the 50-135 and 60-250 are interesting, but not enough to make
my break out my credit card (the FA*80-200/2.8 works fine for me).

But one thing I *would* buy in a heartbeat would be a weather-sealed
12-24 (or wider) ultrawide.
