actually, Larry, this goes to the nub of the thing, and it's why I keep replying. I don't really give a shit whether people take pictures at Burning Man or not, but you can't have a private party on public land. You can't unilaterally redefine public space as private then restrict other peoples right to report events taking place there, and that's what BM are pretty much trying to do.
