My husband gets foot cramps, too... a result of nerve damage due to a back injury. His doctor recommends gin & tonics. Something about the quinine in the tonic water that helps the cramping, and the gin acting as an overall muscle relaxant. Worth a try! Feel better, John! :) -c > > I had that nasty cold a while back - it sucks > > take care, > ann > > On 11/30/2011 22:01, John Sessoms wrote: >> >> My doctor has been ragging me to eat more vegetables, cut down on >> sweets, get more exercise ... generally improve my lifestyle to improve >> my health. >> >> I finally got started on the exercise part last week.
