Hope you feel better real soon, John. Along with everything else what that inconsiderate cyclist did really added insult to injury. It was inexcusable.
I have to say, eating more veggies will likely make you feel better soon, but my feeling is that the consequential lowered meat consumption will help you just as much. That doesn't help you feel better today though. Hope you feel better soon! cheers, frank --- Original Message --- From: John Sessoms <[email protected]> Sent: November 30, 2011 11/30/11 To: [email protected] Subject: OT: Healthy Living My doctor has been ragging me to eat more vegetables, cut down on sweets, get more exercise ... generally improve my lifestyle to improve my health. I finally got started on the exercise part last week. I've been going out every day and walking around a nearby lake. It has a 2 mile paved Green-way around it. If I walk at a moderately fast pace I can make it around in a little over 30 minutes which is the minimum exercise my doctor has been recommending. I've managed six of the last seven days. I've got a horrible cold. Every time I start coughing it feels like my head is going to burst open. I've got a cramp in the top of my right foot that no amount of stretching will relieve and I've got bruises today because some asshole on a bicycle knocked me down. He came around a blind corner too fast from behind me, knocked me ass over appetite and just kept peddling on. He was gone so fast I didn't even have a chance to flip him off. I'm afraid healthy living is going to be the death of me yet. -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions. -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
