Funny, I didn't even notice it was square format until Ann mentioned it. I think that's because it felt so natural to me.
I wouldn't change the crop a bit. To me the dark area at the top emphasizes the bright buildings outside, and I really like seeing the whole reflection of the man, so I wouldn't take anything off the bottom. I dunno. It just really works for me as is. I think it would be stronger - I'm not a square format person, but if you are then well, hey, it is ulitmately your eye.. Just think it would be stronger without the large area of black at the top... - the light is great, and the scene is interesting, colors good. But I maintain it woulbe be really super with a bit if a crop.
