this brings up a question from me: I have an Acer 35mm neg scanner, and an older MicroTek E3 flatbed. It has no transparancy adapter, but was built to accept one (I think). I'm going to scan my 4x5 negs by building my own transparancy adapter.. those of you who own them, if you could, tell me just what's inside it? I assume its basically a baby light table. Has anyone built their own? What colour temperature bulb did you use? I can easily come up with a tiny box with a 6" floursecent tube, but I only ever see coolwhite in that size, not daylight. -- http://www.infotainment.org "The destructive character is cheerful." - Walter Benjamin - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List.
