Seems like you've got two options - either board up the window so you
can get some work done or figure extra time into your work schedule so
you can enjoy the distraction.
The scene is worth just living with the distraction in my opinion. When
work makes your brain hurt, just relax and gaze out the window. Let your
eyes have some fun.
