Now I can change the folder to 4800states so I can find it more easily :-)
bu hmm. doesnt explain why the folders with a long string of numbers
starting with 9 are in front of them tho hmmm

Latest windows incarnations have the ability to discriminate between
numbers and letters, hence they recognize that 48 is a lower number than
2002, instead of just doing the classical alphanumerical sorting of
anything in the name.
