I agree that the lighting looks a little flat. Maybe if the key light were a 
little bit higher so the light came more down than straight on?
Either that or you've got a fill from the front that you could have turned down 
a bit.

It looks like she didn't comb her hair until the second photo.  Her part is a 
bit wonky in the first

Nice catchlights in her eyes, not so nice on the tip of her nose.  It's not 
critical, but I tend to keep just a bit of powder in my lighting kit for these 
eventualities. 

You almost, but didn't quite, cover the logo on her shirt.

I'm not sure whether the chair in the background detracts from the shot.
