I agree that the lighting looks a little flat. Maybe if the key light were a little bit higher so the light came more down than straight on? Either that or you've got a fill from the front that you could have turned down a bit. It looks like she didn't comb her hair until the second photo. Her part is a bit wonky in the first Nice catchlights in her eyes, not so nice on the tip of her nose. It's not critical, but I tend to keep just a bit of powder in my lighting kit for these eventualities. You almost, but didn't quite, cover the logo on her shirt.
