It didn't come with a very detailed manual; it came with a folded up piece of
paper telling you how to put the batteries in and push the buttons.
i have no knowledge of that model, but it wasn't hard to find the product page
for it, at the bottom of which there is a link to a seemingly detailed PDF manual:

looks like a pretty good unit, functionally quite similar to my LaCrosse BC-900
that has done an excellent job of charging, occasional quick-charging, and
letting me know when cells are dead
i didn't read that manual, but if you're lucky the default behavior will be a
slow charge (better for the cells) and you'll usually just pop the batteries in
(possibly in pairs is better) and wait for an indication they are full
