That's pretty much what I concluded after poking around a bit.

I can't be specific ... I've just read that there are different versions
of Rodinal, and that even Agfa has changed the formulation somewhat over
the years. This is not unusual, as there are several versions of many
"standard" developers. Somewhere I have a formula to make your own
Rodinal ... more than I care to do these days.

I figured it must be a local version, or at least marketed locally.
This is not at all unusual, either. I saw some Australian Kodak that
was Supra 100, but it was marketed under a different name and with
different packaging, although it was Kodak.

Indeed! Rodinal at 1:100 produces some beautiful results, although I've
only used it with "traditional" films. Agfa APX 100 and APX 25 is
gorgeous with Rodinal 1:100. I've not tried much faster films, although
Bergger 200 will be the next film in the soup. Then Fuji's Neopan F, as
soon as I get it ... it should be here in a few days. Perhaps I should
give HP5+ a bath in the stuff as well, and maybe TX, too. Have you used
Rodinal 1:100 with these films? What have your results been like?
