Here are links to a couple of collections of free videos.

What is wrong with people who use adobe? Is everyone of them, but me, illiterate?

Training videos have their uses, but you're stuck at the pace the presenter speaks at, you can't skip forward to find the answer to the question you have.

Why can't they publish simple written manuals and introductions anymore?

This is the overview of the new features from NAPP -
<http://www.photoshopuser.com/lightroom4>

This is a bunch of tutorials from Adobe. Julieanne Kost is the
presenter.<http://tv.adobe.com/show/getting-started-with-adobe-photoshop-lightroom-4/>

Not free -<http://kelbytraining.com/> released 4 detailed courses,
total about 8 hrs, yesterday. It's a membership site, about
$25/month for non-NAPP members.

Personally, I think it's worth joining for a month just for the
lightroom videos. Of course, if you have time during that month you'd
likely want to view a bunch of the other videos.
