Yep, it looks as if he does nothing but appropriate other people's work. His Blogspot blog has been set up as nothing but a feeder to his real web site, widgetbox.com. It's a fairly common technique: Steal posts on a variety of subjects so you'll turn up in search engine results and then point to your real site from there. I was looking at my server logs and noticed a 403 response (image not served because it's hotlinked from another site) and saw the referring page. In other words, he copied the text onto his site but only *linked* to my image.
