Oh damn, I hope that's not a new "feature". I use the Auto button
quite often when faced with an unknown or tricky exposure and it's
usually a good start.

Send them your feedback. The Lr boys are still iterating it and
issuing patch updates, from the Twitter traffic I've seen.
