One further comment. I liked how he had a photo of a hand going into a computer monitor holding a Windows info box saying "This was made without Photoshop" or something to that effect. Yeah, he used Gimp! It's a bit disingenuous to promise people they can do stuff without Photoshop only to later inform them (once they've purchased your book) they have to learn an even less intuitive software program.
