There are several 'nice to haves' but the new feature that really does it for me is the MAP module, that integrates GPS (geo tagging) very nicely into Lightroom, using a Google-maps driven map. Since I have been using the O-GPS1 device on the K5 since it came out last year, that is quite useful for me ... Furthermore the '2012' process seems a bit easier to work with, less sliders, less confusion and very good control over hightlights and shadows. And the upgrade is reasonably priced IMHO ...
