for me: - another huge gain in raw processor quality - simpler, more logical image adjustment controls - selective area edits with more options - much better video handling, including some editing - much better slide show module - GPS integration (although i rarely use it, it's nice with the iPhone and iPad images) - book production module built in to work with Blurb
and of course, support for the latest cameras in native raw formats. works for me.
