Though DxOMarks scores are not absolute truth, it appears that K-01
somehow looses in comparison to K-5. This and opportunity to get a
proper focusing screen for manual focusing made me buy (second hand)
another K-5.
So, as a matter of fact, you and I are not in disagreement about K-01.
By the way, it occurs to me that Pentax could approach Ringo Starr or
his son and produce a commercial after that scene from "Hard Day's
Night" where Ringo runs away from The Beatles and roams taking casual
shots with his Pentax Spotmatic. Oddly it feels befitting the crowds
Pentax had been addressing lately with their colorful q-ute
uber-designed offerings... Much like The Beatles fans from the movie.
