I knew a girl who on my first visit to her apartment said, "Grab some paper towel from the kitchen before you use the toilet..."

I hate to rain on the parade, but I don't see anything wrong.

Would it be better to store the additional supplies outside the
restroom, so somebody who was restocking the toilet roll holder
had to go outside to a cupboard somewhere (almost certainly
without washing his/her hands first)?

It moght not be pretty (a cover on the rack wouldn't hurt), but
I'd rather eat in that restaurant than in a restaurant which
stored spare toliet rolls in the same cupboard as the napkins.

I guess someone could always wipe out their supply.

They seem to be quite determined to ensure that an adequate supply of
toilet paper is on hand in the rest room. [In fact, there is an
additional roll, on a floor stand not visible in this image.

Comments , criticisms, abuse and rants are all welcome.

Don't lose heart! They might want to cut it out, and they'll want to avoid a
lengthily search.
