It's illegal to use any handheld PED while operating any vehicle (including 
bikes) here in Ontario. This guy is a perfect example of why.

Thanks Larry, yeah exposure,focus timing,composition you can't think of 
everything. I wanted to get him just short of the pole but... oh well. 
If only Photoshop had a "move the pole 1ft left" button. hmmmm I suppose
