I would vote for the 3rd one. It would be similar to the 2nd, but not over-tilted.
While I am not a stickler to having all photos leveled, a bunch of Pisa poles are disturbing my eye. So, the 2nd one is more pleasing, but I think you rotated it just a bit too much. I would back off just a notch.
