That stinks.  I had a situation last year where I bought something fairly 
expensive and the seller sent it via regular mail to our office street address. 
 I had expected him to send it by courier, as people usually do for such items.

For commercial addresses our postal service will redirect mail to the 
corresponding PO Box for that business.  Except the details they had on record 
were out of date as we'd only recently moved in.  It took them a month to work 
this out.  During that month I was getting more and more panicky and we were 
both in touch with the postal service trying to work out where it was.

Eventually the postie stomped loudly up the stairs and threw the package on the 
landing with the rest of our mail.  :)
