Okay, I see that. Yeah, being a dominate close element, the arm/glove is a bit too soft.
But something had to give. The in-focus plain is deep enough to include her face and ear, and cuts right down the center of her chest. I could have asked her to press her right arm over tighter to get it into focus, but that would have squeezed her boobs in a rather lewd way, and completely changed the tone of the image to something I'm not intending at all.
