Tough question. I really doubt you'll find anyone who's used all three. I can say that the Tokina you mention is wonderful. And I believe that the Sigma 24-70 takes 82mm filters which can be a big deal: Not only are they expensive, but you may not be able to use them with any of your other lenses. One of the things that put me off the Pentax 28-70 was the fact that it uses 67mm filters.
