Hum, and here i think everything running around has rabies. One of my
worst fears. We have racoons that come around during the night, so i
worry about that
If they are out at night you probably don't need to worry about them
being rabid, during the day however...

One day, as a grandpa, he showed up with a deep cut in the pad of his
index finger.
I asked about it and my mom eventually told me.
He was feeding a squirrel on the kitchen window ledge by hand.
It was a simple swipe with a claw.
