I love this kind of stuff - I never thought about calling them ghost signs... certainly one thing your part of the country and NY have in common though - I have one out my window!

LIke the second a bit better... but I'll nit pick a bit...
because I like it a lot except for the little bit of tree leaves at the far right... I think you could get away with trimming that... we don't really need the period at the end of Co. :-)
