This is not a conversation I'd usually wade into (I'm no fangirl & what do I 
know about 'puters?), but let me just say this about that:  

Earlier this summer, my Mac mini was acting up.  It was almost 2 years old.  
Long story short, we took it into the Apple store, and they gave us a brand-new 
one.  No hassle.  For free.  Newest model.
