What worked was to link on "Log in" link (the actual text was in German)
from the download page. Once I logged in the second time over, the
download page came up and the rest was easy.

I had that problem as well. When i changed the langauge from German
to English on drop down menu on the download page, the download link
came up. Maybe that will work for you.
