I don't plan on buying the overpriced Pentax optical viewfinder.
For the normal lens, I plan on making one of my own that will slip in
the hotshoe. For a normal view, just about any wide-normal viewfinder
can be stolen from an old thrift store film camera... maybe even a
110.

For telephoto work, I plan to experiment with a red dot laser. It
doesn't paint a laser on your target but just projects on in the "sky"
or whatever field of view

Perhaps one can do macro with a lesser lens, but the F100 is going to
probably require a tripod and focus stage to work with. I don't see
how one can do handheld work with it, but you have to remember that
with that lens you working at a 550mm equiv. FOV. I may try to
handhold some 28mm or 50mm stuff and work my way up, for handheld.
