If it were me, I would say "give me a minute while I do a keyword search via Lightroom." Well, actually, that is what I would like to say. What I would actually say is "mutter, mutter, mutter, I knew I should have keyworded these damn files long ago mutter mutter mutter." And then I would charge those hours spent looking to experience, and resolve to spend any free time going back and doing some keywording on my old files. And give a free copy of the requested image to Mrs. VVVXXVVXV because it is nice that she cared about the image and that she remembers you as the source.
