The diiferences I spot on the K-5 II are: o Better auto-focus (this is the big one from where I'm sitting) o Improved rear LCD (brighter & sharper, but same size & resolution) o SDXC memory card compatibility (or was that added in a K5 firware upgrade?) Everything else looks to be the same as the K-5.
