I too found Delta 3200 better at 1600 than at its rated speed. In this last
shoot I had intended to expose at 1600 and process it as though it was shot at
3200 but didn't have quite enough light. However, the T-Max developer seemed to
get more contrast out of the film than D-76 was able to do. I think I'm going
to try this combo again. I'll also give it a try in 25:1 Rodinal, since it
seems to like a hot developer.
