I didn't think anything even vaguely sexual was illegal in California,
Portland OR., maybe, unless the frog enjoys it.

The secretions on the skin of many frogs is intended to deter toothed
animals from such nonsense. Some of the critters are poisonous,
especially in the tropical climes. A few are deadly poisonous.
It's a good practice wherever you are to NOT lick a frog or toad, or
lick your hand clean if you've handled one. :)
