I can sympathize. My shoulder injury from almost 7 years ago has forced me to give up LF. I miss the 4x5 and 8x10. But I prefer to blame the problem on a change in earth's gravity rather than my capacities. Also reducing my lens collection to fewer, better lenses. Will sell several during Oct. It's now about carrying what I can enjoy using. Tonight I begin a re-start on my old PT regimen to strengthen and loosen them up.
