I think this is an interesting find, Ann. I don't think the last name is "White". It appears that the last letter is the T and I'm not sure the first letter of the last name is even a W. I'd love to see a larger version of the signature.
Was this print on photographic paper? Is there any indication on the back of what the paper was?
