The thing that does bother me is it looks like some of the people on the far shore have their heads chopped off. They need just a tiny bit of head-room.

I previously struggled with whether to cropp out the other people.
When I did, the image did not appeal as much to me.  I think the
context helps the scene.  YMMV

I'm thinking that without showing the distant shore line the need
for caution is less obvious - I'd have liked more above their heads
and in the distance.
