I had the same problem, it usualy happens when your Credit Card is declined a couple of times. I tried to send a payment and forgot i had received a new credit card number.
I had to ring them up on the phone to sort it out. As i'm in Australia sending them a fax would have been a real hassle. I actualy rang once and they said no and then i rang again and they did it :) seems to depend on who you speak to. It also usualy takes them a number of days to reply to emails.
