It really surprised me that they didn't seem to realize how many surveillance cameras there are around these days... like everywhere. The one who was caught even wore his cap backwards so you could clearly see his face. One would have thought that was definitely one time to dress counter to "being cool." But obviously not a lot of thought was involved.
